Return Policy
What is your return policy?
  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a Return Authorization by sending us an e-mail that includes the following information:

1. Your order number
2. The reason for your return

You may request a refund or exchange/store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would prefer to receive store credit, please specify this in your e-mail. Please note that NO returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. All items returned to us without a Return Authorization will be refused. Once we have received your request, you will be e-mailed a prepaid return label. Simply print out the label and follow the instructions for returning your merchandise.

All items must be returned in NEW and UNWORN condition and in the original box and/or packaging. No item that has been worn, damaged or soiled in any way will be accepted for refund or store credit. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Clearance sales are final. Custom and special orders cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturer's defect. If an item arrives defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and send you a replacement free of charge. Defective items will be replaced with the exact same style, size and color.
