Can I cancel or change my order?
  Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Most orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours and shipped according to availability. If your order has not been processed yet, you may change or cancel it.

How do I convert a man's size to a woman's size?
  The general rule is to add 2 sizes. For example, a man's size 9 would be a woman's size 11, etc. All shoes and boots are available in women's medium widths.
I am ordering very high heels for the first time. Should I order my regular size, or a larger size?
  When ordering closed-toe shoes or boots, it is usually best to order them at least a 1/2 size larger than the size you would normally wear. Please try to be sure of the size you need before placing your order. If you need assistance, please contact us. All shoes and boots are available in women's medium widths and in sizes 5 to 12.

What is a custom order?
  Custom shoes and boots are made to order in the USA for each customer and require 3 to 7 business days to be completed and available for shipment. All items that have the word 'Custom' next to its description can be customized to your specifications. Prices for custom footwear are subject to change without prior notice.
