| How can I check the status of my order? |

If you provide us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail after your order is placed. You will also receive a shipment notification e-mail when your order is shipped. Also, if you have registered with us, you can log in to "My Account" to check the status of your order. Your credit card will NOT be charged until your order is ready for shipment. |
| How much do you charge for shipping? |

Standard(Ground) shipping is FREE for orders over $75. For orders under $75, we offer flat rate shipping for only $7. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. Additional charges will apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. |
| How will my order be shipped? |

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging and there is nothing on the package to indicate its contents. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. |
| When will I receive my order? |

All orders are shipped according to availability. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery of in-stock items. For custom orders, allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery. If you need faster delivery or if you need delivery by a specific date, please contact us. 2-Day Express shipping is available for in-stock items only. |
